  • At Train we also offer 1-1 or 2-1 fully private personal training services . If you are looking for a personalised training program , tailored to your individual fitness/training goals than we are here to help.

    Our coaches have worked with people of all ages and backgrounds.

    We have worked with and coached young athletes to assist their athletic development , men and women looking to begin their fitness journey , clients who have never been in a gym looking to learn the basics as-well as experienced gym goers who just need that extra push in order to reach their full potential.

All our memberships are billed every 4 weeks , unless stated otherwise .

We offer monthly membership options , class packs or pay as you go options.

All classes are 45-60 minutes long that cater for all ages and fitness levels with no experience required.We focus on improving your functional fitness by placing an emphasis on your cardio, strength and endurance.

Our TRAIN60 classes change from day to day keeping you on your toes for every session. Classes can vary from individual workouts to partner/Team workouts, providing a fun atmosphere for reaching your individual goal!

Our TRAIN S&C classes follow a 3 day training split (Mon, Wed/ Fri , Sat) that focus on full body resistance training helping our members become leaner , stronger and fitter.

Our TRAIN STRENGTH classes follow a 2 day training split (Tue/Thurs) that focus on increasing maximal strength levels across our compound lifts (Bench, Deadlift, Front Squat , Back Squat , Overhead Press), which is beneficial for our movements used during TRAIN60 workouts.

Our TRAIN ENDURANCE classes are a 45 minute workout aimed at increasing our cardiovascular fitness levels using cardio machines such as rowers and bikes coupled with low impact , light weight and bodyweight movements . This class is ideal for anybody who wants to work up a sweat , increase their fitness and build their overall stamina.

Getting to where you want to go often takes more than just becoming fitter & stronger in the gym. It requires additional assistance & guidance in order to become the healthiest & happiest version of yourself.

Our All Inclusive Membership offers clients full gym access as well as additional individualised services , provided by our nutrition & lifestyle coach Amy O’ Mara.

Wether your wish to shed excess body fat , take a deeper look into your overall nutrition habits or simple want to ensure you are reaching your optimum recovery and health requirements outside of the gym then our All Inclusive Membership is what you need. Our team is here to help you on your journey.

We help clients make longterm lifestyle changes through individualised and tailored support & accountability . This membership includes meal plans , recipes , access to an online education hub , check ins plus additional monitoring & tracking from your nutritionist & coach .

At Train we also offer 1-1 or small group private personal training services . If you are looking for a 1-1 personalised training program , tailored to your individual fitness/training goals than we are here to help. If you are part of a team or larger group that would like to Train together , we also cater for private groups . (Pre Season GAA Teams , Irish Dancing Schools , Secondary School PE Students , Mum & Kids )

| Facility Rental |

Our Top Class Facility is fully equipped and ready for you to start training right away. Our 2500sq. ft gym can cater for large groups/team sessions with an array of resistance training and cardio equipment available to use .
