Both Train Gyms provide everything you’d need to achieve your fitness goals. We provide two dressing rooms (1 male and 1 female) which have a shower and toilet.

We have an upstairs seating area in Train Nenagh where you can chill out while you wait for a class and get a coffee along with an outdoor 100m track and 2500 square foot of workout space.
